From the first of January 2006 and due to the merge by absorption made in order to improve our service and to take advantage of both companies synergies, REDISLOGAR COMUNICACIONES S.A. will be integrated into the absorbent firm, REDISLOGAR, S.A., which will carry on all its activities and will support all its duties and rights.
Consequently, REDISLOGAR, S.A., will assume all the trade relations and legal and sales engagements that REDISLOGAR COMUNICACIONES S.A. had agreed until now.
